If you wish, you can exchange it for any other Nayra Jewelry product or products.

We can accept returns and exchanges made with the same quality and form as shipped with its original pouch and box.

In order to process returns or exchanges, you must send an e-mail to info@nayrajewelry.com with the order number.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the buyer.

After your return or exchange is approved, the product amount will be credited to the credit card or bank account you use, deducting the shipping fee.
